The white petals of our favorite chamomile flowers from Fayoum, Egypt are mostly removed during sorting. However, in chamomile exported from Egypt, some petals always remain attached. We carefully hand-screen these blossoms at the Teaworks to capture the petals left behind, knowing that their fresh flavor will add distinctive character to our White Petal white tea blend.
