About this Tea

Just below Kurseong, Makaibari produces a lighter liquoring second flush organic Darjeeling using bio-dynamic farming principles. Harvested in mid-May, Makaibari teas are full of nutty notes with a light lingering finish of fuzzy fruits.

Second flush organic Indian Darjeeling FTGFOP1 full leaf teas.

Preparation

For best flavor, bring freshly drawn filtered water to a boil. Steep five minutes. That's how Rajah does it.
