About this Tea
Grown in the foothills of the Himalayas in Northern India, Marybong is a garden in the Chamong Group – producers of some of the best organic Darjeeling teas in the region. First flush begins in Late March and lasts for about 30 - 45 days where each bush is plucked of its new growth every 7 days. Teas produced during this period are light in body, slightly greenish with subtle nuances nuts, flowers and peaches.
Ingredients
A blend of first and second flush organic Darjeeling teas.
Preparation
For best flavor, bring freshly drawn filtered water to a boil. Steep five minutes while pondering the rotation of the earth.
