About This Tea

Rare green teas from China combined with aromatic spearmint grown in Oregon and a hint of lemon myrtle. Tea like this has been refreshing Bedouin travelers for centuries, whenever they can find ice.

Ingredients

Spring harvested full leaf China Mao Feng green tea, lemon myrtle leaves and spearmint leaves.

Preparation

Use one sachet for each quart of iced tea. Heat filtered water to near boiling and pour two cups over sachet in pitcher. Steep three minutes, remove sachet and top off with cold, filtered water. Stir and serve over ice with a shiver of delight.
