- 2oz Rye Whiskey
- ¾ oz Pineapple Juice
- *1 oz Darjeeling infused blanc vermouth
- 1 tsp honey syrup (2:1)
- Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice.
- Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
For Darjeeling Sunrise infused Blanc Vermouth:
- Place one sachet of Darjeeling Sunrise into 16oz of blanc vermouth.
- Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.
- Remove sachet and store in the fridge.
Keeps for 2 weeks.
