Billy, Rusty, Hamlet Cocktail


  • 2oz Rye Whiskey
  • ¾ oz Pineapple Juice
  • *1 oz Darjeeling infused blanc vermouth
  • 1 tsp honey syrup (2:1)


For Drink:
  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass.

For Darjeeling Sunrise infused Blanc Vermouth:
  1. Place one sachet of Darjeeling Sunrise into 16oz of blanc vermouth.
  2. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.
  3. Remove sachet and store in the fridge.

    Keeps for 2 weeks.
