Great for garden parties or afternoons spent with a book, this non-alcoholic mocktail featuring Darjeeling Sunrise concentrate is elevated by the refreshing sharpness of ginger beer. Ingredients
- 4oz Bundaberg ginger beer
- 1oz double strength concentrate of Darjeeling Sunrise*
- 1/2oz SOM Pineapple Szechuan Pepper Cordial
Directions
- Fill a rock glass with ice and add tea concentrate and SOM cordial.
- Top with ginger beer and stir gently to combine.
*Darjeeling Sunrise Concentrate:
- Bring spring or freshly drawn filtered water to a boil (212 degrees).
- Steep 1 oversized sachet of Smith’s Darjeeling Sunrise Iced Tea in 8oz of water for 5 minutes.
- Remove tea and water back up to 8oz.
- Let cool.
