Digits Creme De La Creme

Ingredients:

  • 1.50 oz DIGITS whiskey
  • .25 oz DIGITS Barrel Aged tea simple syrup*
  • .25 oz Amaro Sfumato
  • .25 oz apricot liquor
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • Tea foam**

 Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients into an ice-filled shaker tin and shake for 5-10 seconds. Pour into a rocks glass with ice, then top with tea foam and a dash of cinnamon.

*To make DIGITS Barrel Aged tea simple syrup: In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add 1 sachet of DIGITS Barrel Aged Tea. Let steep for 5 minutes. Remove sachet and add 1 cup of sugar. Stir until it dissolves. Bottle, date and refrigerate.  

**To make tea foam: In a saucepan, warm one pint of cream over low heat. Add ½ cup sugar, stir to incorporate and steep 3 sachets of DIGITS Barrel Aged Tea for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Add mixture into iSi canister when cool with 1oz of DIGITS whiskey. Charge accordingly.
