Join Smith Teamaker and Woodblock Chocolate for a pleasure filled tasting class on Valentine’s Day.
Class will be held on February 14th at 11am PST for 60 minutes.
Perfect as a treat for yourself or a “date” with your special someone. We will aim to expand your senses by guiding you through a brief background on both tea and chocolate, while walking you through how to best taste and experience each of these delights. We’ll share our thoughts on how to pair them and collectively taste some great combinations. You’ll also learn about the ancient process of Enfleurage and how you can easily try scenting chocolate with the kit we’ve provided.
