1 - Shipping
Every box of Smith tea is packed with care, from the time that it is blended to the time that it arrives at your door. We meticulously place each carton of tea inside your box so they are lovingly nestled together, wrapped in tissue paper as they make their way to your home and finished with an extra sample of whatever tea we’re producing that day.
Domestic Shipping Policy
We fulfill all web orders within 5 business days of purchase. All domestic orders will have a flat rate shipping of $3.99. Once your order has been fulfilled in our warehouse, you will receive an email with information on how to track your package. We always choose the most inexpensive shipping option for your convenience. This means that most of our orders are processed through USPS, while larger or more valuable items may be shipped through UPS. Please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes. If you would prefer that your order be sent via UPS rather than USPS, please contact customer service directly and we would be happy to arrange that for you. International Shipping Policy
We do offer international shipping to our customers; however, we do not have access to tracking once your package leaves the United States. Orders to Canada may be completed through our online order form for a flat rate of $19.99 USD. To arrange an order outside the United States or Canada, please call or email our customer service team directly at email@example.com or (503)-719-8752. After confirming your shipping address and the items you would like to purchase, we will do our best to provide an accurate quote for shipping cost and time. We require that you provide a contact telephone number for all international orders.
Please note that Smith Teamaker is not responsible for lost or stolen items, nor any customs fees that may be retroactively added to the shipping cost upon arrival. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with international purchases. Find our current list of restricted countries to which we cannot ship as follows: Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Belarus, Bosnia, Burma, Burundi, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Republic of the Cote d’Ivoire, Croatia, Cuba, Herzegovina, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Liberia, Libya, Mexico, Moldova, Montenegro, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Serbia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Togo, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.
Expedited Shipping Options
We offer expedited shipping options on all domestic orders for your convenience. Your selection of expedited shipping means that we will prioritize fulfilling your order over others that may be in our queue. Choose Expedited Shipping in the drop-down on your online order form for a $15.99 flat rate to send your package through USPS’s Priority Mail rather than First Class Mail. USPS promises that First Class Mail may take up to 7 days for delivery, while Priority Mail ensures that your package will be delivered within 3 days after fulfillment. Shipping via Military Mail (APO/FPO/DPO)
We will ship to any military or diplomatic address (APO, FPO, DPO). If you choose this option, we request that you write out the complete address with any additional relevant information. For more information on formatting military addresses, find USPS’s guidelines here.
