Nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas in northern India, the Darjeeling region is home to 82 tea gardens. The high elevation puts stress on the bushes which results in teas of exceptionally nuanced flavor. First flush begins in late March and lasts about 30 days, during which time each bush is plucked every seven days. These teas are light in body and greenish in flavor with notes of flowers and peaches. Check out our current First Flush and and No.47 Bungalow .
