The second-most historic location of Smith. From this humble but humming nerve center, we blend and dispatch exquisitely small batches of teas and herbal infusions to the four corners of the globe, while offering equally tempting elixirs to the occasional passerby.
We don't typically take reservations, but it doesn't hurt to call ahead if you'll be coming with a large party.
Located in the heart of the Central Eastside Industrial District, our Southeast Tasting Room is approximately 13,000 square feet, and it is almost double the size of our Northwest Thurman location. Guests will be able to view our production team through our glass window (typically running tea Mon-Fri 10am-4pm) as well as the tea lab where Head Teamaker Ravi Kroesen works with his team doing sample cuppings and tasting tea garden lots as they arrive from origin fresh after harvest season.
For a cozier environment, and to visit where it all began, the original Smith Tasting Room is located in Northwest Portland and lined with green ivy and beautifully exposed brick.

This is the original, 100-year-old blacksmith shop where Steven Smith Teamaker was first created back in long-ago 2009. Today it continues to be an historic tasting room and sometime mecca for sit-down comedians, ballet dancers, and fine tea fanciers from across the globe.

Seoul, South Korea
After 5 years of collaboration, our South Korea tasting room opened its doors in June 2017. Nestled in the buzzing Beat360 building, Smith Teamaker Café in Seoul serves our signature offerings, along with some deliciously original tea smoothie concoctions.
