IngredientsFiltered water (infused with orange zest, blackberry leaf, artichoke leaf, star anise, black peppercorn, angelica root, rooibos, juniper berry, lemon myrtle, Sichuan peppercorn, saffron), sugar and vinegar.

2 oz. Olympia Royale
4 English cucumber wheels
6 mint leaves
7-Up or Sprite
1 lemon wedge
Muddle mint and cucumber slices in a pint glass. Add Olympia Royale alcohol-free tea liqueur concentrate, fill glass with ice and top with soda. Stir to combine, garnish with mint and a lemon wedge. Bottoms up.
Three Ways to Spike Your Cup
1. Add 1 oz. of London Dry gin
2. Swap out 7-Up and top with grapefruit Radler
3. Muddle in ½ cup of ripe strawberries or fresh fruit
