Smoky and spicy. A blend of Zheng Shan smoked tea inspired by the Wuyi mountains of China, cacao nibs, juniper berries and Korean chili peppers. Deep and bold, a perfect complement to BBQ, cold beer and summer days. Cacao nibs add a bittersweet note, while juniper berries bring a brightness to the blend. This bold and spicy rub pairs well with any meat or fish…maybe even add to a bloody mary.

Serving Suggestion:
Rub generously onto the meat of your choice—brush on a small of amount oil and grill, broil or pan fry.
