Teamaker’s Summer Trio

Description
This Teamaker’s Summer Trio combines three of our favorite signature tea blends and varietals that are refreshingly delicious on ice.
Ingredients
Sencha - Full leaf Japanese green tea from the verdant fields of Kagoshima.

White Petal - China white full leaf tea, Chinese osmanthus flower, Egyptian chamomile petals and natural flavors.

Red Nectar - Rooibos and honeybush from South Africa and natural fruit flavors.
Preparation
White Petal and Sencha - For best flavor, bring freshly drawn filtered water to 190 degrees. Pour 4 ounces of hot water into your brewing vessel. Submerge 1 tsp of tea leaves in the hot water and steep for 3 minutes. Then strain tea leaves and discard. Add 4 oz of cold filtered water, then pour into an ice-filled glass and let all thoughts of white elephants leave your mind completely.

Red Nectar - For best flavor, bring freshly drawn filtered water to a boil. Pour 4 ounces of boiling water into your brewing vessel. Submerge 1 tsp of tea leaves in water and let steep five minutes. Strain tea leaves and discard. Add 4 oz of cold filtered water, then pour into an ice-filled glass and use the time to reflect on things that are going right in your life.
