Lover's Leap Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 3 sachets Lover's Leap
  • 7.5 oz half and half
  • 1 oz chocolate syrup*
  • Pink rose petals

Directions

  1. Bring spring or freshly drawn filtered water to a boil (212 degrees).
  2. Pour 4 oz water over 3 sachets of Lover's Leap.
  3. Steep 5 minutes.
  4. Discard sachets and add 1 oz chocolate syrup.
  5. Add tea and chocolate mixture to a latte cup of your choice.
  6.  Steam half and half.
  7. Top tea with steamed half and half.
  8. Garnish with pink rose petals.
  9. Enjoy.

*Chocolate Syrup

Ingredients

  • 100g drinking chocolate
  • 100g boiling water

Directions

  1. Add drinking chocolate and boiling water to a beaker.
  2. Whisk or immersion blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a bottle, date and keep for up to 1 week.
