Lover's Leap Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 3 sachets Lover's Leap
- 7.5 oz half and half
- 1 oz chocolate syrup*
- Pink rose petals
Directions
- Bring spring or freshly drawn filtered water to a boil (212 degrees).
- Pour 4 oz water over 3 sachets of Lover's Leap.
- Steep 5 minutes.
- Discard sachets and add 1 oz chocolate syrup.
- Add tea and chocolate mixture to a latte cup of your choice.
- Steam half and half.
- Top tea with steamed half and half.
- Garnish with pink rose petals.
- Enjoy.
*Chocolate Syrup
Ingredients
- 100g drinking chocolate
- 100g boiling water
Directions
- Add drinking chocolate and boiling water to a beaker.
- Whisk or immersion blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a bottle, date and keep for up to 1 week.
