The Okumidori tea cultivar is famous for its sweet, delicate, and rich flavor. Plucked at the first spring harvest, this matcha sings with tasting notes of pistachio, dulse, and custard tart. Sourced from small farmers in Kirishima, Kagoshima.

Ingredients: Japanese Matcha Green Tea

Tasting Notes:Pistachio, dulse, custard tart
For best flavor, bring spring or filtered water to 175°F. Add ½ to 1 tsp. of matcha to bowl and whisk in 2 oz. of water until frothy (about 30 seconds). Whisk in 4 oz. of water and enjoy. Once opened, consume within six months. For best results, refrigerate after opening.
