Autumn Leaves Layered Iced Latte

Ingredients

  • 4 sachets Autumn Leaves
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup half and half
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Brew 4 sachets of autumn leaves with 2 cups hot water for 10 minutes. Remove the sachets.
  2. Pour sweetened condensed milk into a liquid measuring cup. Add 1 ounce of the brewed autumn leaves and mix.
  3. In a standing mixer or blender, whisk the heavy cream, half and half and vanilla until foamy and scoopable.
  4. Fill a cocktail shaker up with ice and pour over the brewed tea to the top. Secure the lid and shake until the tea is perfectly chilled and frosty.
  5. Pour tea into a clean glass, gently pour in the sweetened condensed mixture over the back of a spoon, top with ice and vanilla cold foam.

Note:

  • For a more impressive, layered look, skip the ice and serve without.
