Three words: Blackberry. Jasmine. Boba. Freshly brewed Blackberry Jasmine sweetened with condensed milk and as much boba as your heart desires. This is the most magical, creamy blue delight of the summer.

Blackberry Jasmine Bubble Tea

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Blackberry Jasmine concentrate*
  • 1 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 oz milk (we recommend 2%)
  • Instant boba pearls (we start with 1 tbsp per drink)

Directions

  1. Blend milk and sweetened condensed milk in a small bowl and reserve.
  2. Add 1 tsbp of prepared boba pearls to glass and fill with ice.
  3. Pour tea concentrate into glass and follow with milk mixture for a layered effect.
  4. Enjoy with a rather large straw.

*Blackberry Jasmine Concentrate

Directions

  1. Bring 1 cup of spring or filtered water to 185°F.
  2. Pour hot water over one sachet of Blackberry Jasmine and steep for 3 minutes.
  3. After 3 minutes, remove sachet and add 1 cup of cold water.
