An electrolyte elixir of tart, berry-forward Lime Bramble Iced Tea, a pinch of Bitterman Salt Co. Sardinian Salt and a dash of simple syrup. First crush a glass, then crush the competition. Ready, set, go!

Lime Bramble-Ade

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet of Lime Bramble Iced Tea
  • 1/4 tsp Bitterman Fiore di Sale di Sant’Antioco Sardinian salt
  • 1 oz 1:1 simple syrup

Directions

  1. Bring 2 cups of fresh spring or filtered water to a boil. Steep 1 sachet of Lime Bramble for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove sachet and add 2 cups of cold water.
  3. Add ¼ tsp of Bitterman Fiore di Sale di Sant’Antioco plus 1 oz of simple syrup and stir.
  4. Pour over ice and let the summer games begin.
