LOVER'S LEAP Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 sachets of Lover's Leap
  • 3/4 oz floral syrup*
  • 2% milk
  • Cocoa powder (for garnish)

directions

  1. Steep 2 sachets of Lover's Leap in 150ml of boiling water for 5 minutes.
  2. Add ¾ oz floral syrup*.
  3. Top with steamed 2% milk.
  4. Dust with cocoa powder.

Ingredients

  • 20g dried rose petals
  • 10g dried lavender flowers
  • 3 cups sugar

directions

  1. Steep lavender and rose for 5 minutes in 3 cups of boiling water.
  2. Strain out leaves, reserving lavender-rose water. Top lavender-rose water up to 3 cups.
  3. Add 3 cups of sugar and stir to dissolve. Let cool. Store refrigerated for 1 month.
