Pumpkin Molasses Autumn Leaves Latte

Ingredients

• 2 sachets of Autumn Leaves
• ¾ oz pumpkin molasses syrup*
• Steamed milk or milk alternative
• Dash of cinnamon (garnish)

Directions

1. Bring spring or freshly drawn filtered water to a boil.
2. In a 12 oz mug, steep Autumn Leaves in 4-6 oz of water just off the boil for 5 minutes.
3. Remove sachets and add pumpkin molasses syrup.
4. Top with steamed milk or milk alternative and garnish with a dash of cinnamon on top.
5. Enjoy.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
• 1 tbsp molasses

directions

1. In a saucepan, bring 1/3 cup water to a boil.
2. Add sugar and stir until dissolved on medium heat.
3. Add pumpkin puree and molasses. Reduce heat to medium-low, stirring to combine.
4. Continue to heat on medium-low for 3 minutes until slightly reduced.
5. Remove from heat and allow to cool before storing in the refrigerator.
