All the flavors of fall wrapped up into one, dare we say, perfect latte. Our Autumn Leaves seasonal black tea meets homemade pumpkin molasses syrup and steamed milk for a cozy concoction fit for the season. The best part? No drive thru necessary.
Pumpkin Molasses Autumn Leaves Latte
Ingredients
- 2 sachets of Autumn Leaves
- ¾ oz pumpkin molasses syrup*
- Steamed milk or milk alternative
- Dash of cinnamon (garnish)
Directions
- Bring spring or freshly drawn filtered water to a boil.
- In a 12 oz mug, steep Autumn Leaves in 4-6 oz of water just off the boil for 5 minutes.
- Remove sachets and add pumpkin molasses syrup.
- Top with steamed milk or milk alternative and garnish with a dash of cinnamon on top.
- Enjoy.
*Pumpkin Molasses Syrup
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp molasses
directions
- In a saucepan, bring 1/3 cup water to a boil.
- Add sugar and stir until dissolved on medium heat.
- Add pumpkin puree and molasses. Reduce heat to medium-low, stirring to combine.
- Continue to heat on medium-low for 3 minutes until slightly reduced.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool before storing in the refrigerator.
