Soothing peppermint and licorice are invigorated by fresh ginger and a hint of Mike’s Hot Honey in this feel-good toddy. Perfect for when you’re under the weather or simply craving a bit of hygge in your day. Designed for a 12 oz to-go cup with no garnish, but feel free to add speared candied ginger for a little pizzazz. 

Soothe Sayer Hot Toddy

Ingredients

  • 2 sachets Soothe Sayer
  • 6 grams thinly sliced fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp Mike’s Hot Honey
  • Piece of ginger for garnish

Directions

  1. Bring spring or freshly drawn filtered water to a boil.
  2. Pour 8 oz water over 2 sachets of Soothe Sayer and 6 grams thinly sliced ginger.
  3. Steep 5 minutes.
  4. Discard sachets and ginger.
  5. Top up to 11 oz with water just off the boil.
  6. Add 1 level tsp of Mike’s Hot Honey and stir until dissolved.
  7. Garnish with a fresh slice of ginger.
  8. Enjoy.
