Inspired to craft something truly uncommon, we aged Phoenix Oolong and mezcal in a charred oak barrel for a rich, sweet and bold infusion. Layered with notes of granny smith apple, agave and frankincense - this is not your granny's tea.

Ingredients: Full leaf Chinese oolong tea from the Phoenix mountains aged with Mezcal
Tasting Notes:Granny smith apple, agave, frankincense

For best flavor, bring spring or freshly drawn filtered water to 190 degrees. Steep two rounded tsp (2.5g) for three minutes and drift away to memories of the good ol' days.
