Fall is just around the corner, bringing crisp mornings and sunny, warm afternoons. For those moments when fall still feels a bit like summer, turn to this best of both worlds iced latte. Developed by Karlee Flores of Olive & Artisan.


Autumn Leaves Shaken Iced Latte
Ingredients
- 4 sachets Autumn leaves
- 1 1/2 cup water at around 200-212 degrees
- 2 oz oat milk, plus more for frothing
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Caramel drizzle for topping
Directions
- Brew Autumn Leaves in the hot water for 5 minutes. Remove the sachets.
- To assemble, in a cocktail mixer or pitcher, add the brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour 2 oz of the tea over the top. Lightly mix to melt the sugar. Add in the 2 oz of oat milk and a cup of ice. Stir or shake depending on preference. Pour over ice and top with frothed oat milk, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of caramel.
