Black Lavender Fog


  • 2 sachets Black Lavender 
  • 6 oz freshly boiled water 
  • 1/2 to 5/8 oz 1:1 simple syrup
  • 4 oz steamed or warmed milk 


  1. Bring spring or freshly drawn filtered water to a boil.
  2. Pour 6 oz water over 2 sachets of Black Lavender.
  3. Steep 5 minutes.
  4. Remove sachets and stir in simple syrup (1/2 oz is sweet enough but 5/8 oz will bring out fuller flavors).
  5. Steam or warm milk. 
  6. Top tea with steamed milk.
  7. Enjoy.
