 An achievement of latte perfection in balancing Darjeeling teas with the sweetness of Jacobsen Co Caramel and a touch of flakey salt.  

Bungalow Crème Caramel


  • 2 sachets Bungalow
  • 6 oz freshly boiled water
  • 1 heaping tsp Jacobsen Salt Co. Caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 4 oz steamed or warmed milk
  • 1 pinch Jacobsen Salt Co. Flakey Salt (optional)


  1. Steep 2 sachets of Bungalow for 5 minutes in freshly boiled water; cover to keep hot.
  2. Remove and discard sachets.
  3. Add caramel and sugar. Stir until dissolved.
  4. Steam or warm milk.
  5. Top beverage with milk.
  6. Add a small pinch of Jacobsen Salt Co. Flakey Salt (optional) and enjoy.
