Golden Light Latte

Makes one 12 oz. latte

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 sachets of Golden Light
  • 5 ounces filtered or spring water, just off the boil
  • 1 heaping teaspoon honey
  • 4-5 ounces of steamed or warmed oat milk (we used Oatly)
  • Lemon for zesting

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Steep 3 sachets of Golden Light for 5 minutes in 212 degree water; cover to keep hot.
  2. Remove sachets and stir in honey.
  3. Steam or warm oat milk.
  4. Top beverage with the steamed or warmed oat milk.
  5. Garnish with 3-4 passes of lemon zest and enjoy!
