Golden Light Latte
Makes one 12 oz. latte
- 3 sachets of Golden Light
- 5 ounces filtered or spring water, just off the boil
- 1 heaping teaspoon honey
- 4-5 ounces of steamed or warmed oat milk (we used Oatly)
- Lemon for zesting
- Steep 3 sachets of Golden Light for 5 minutes in 212 degree water; cover to keep hot.
- Remove sachets and stir in honey.
- Steam or warm oat milk.
- Top beverage with the steamed or warmed oat milk.
- Garnish with 3-4 passes of lemon zest and enjoy!
