To hail the beginning of the much anticipated peach season we created this decadent iced latte to mimic “peach cobbler à la mode” using our new Ginger Peach Iced Teaas the base. Oatmilk keeps this smooth jam vegan and provides a richness in body. Infinitely riff-able, try it with different sweeteners and garnishes.

Li'l Richard Iced Latte


  • 4 oz Ginger Peach Iced Tea concentrate*
  • 4 oz oatmilk (or regular milk)
  • ½ oz 1:1 simple syrup
  • Crystalized ginger for garnish


  1. Fill a 12oz glass with ice.
  2. Layer the tea, simple syrup, then milk into the glass.
  3. Cut a slit into the ginger and slide onto the rim of the glass. 
  4. Enjoy.

*Ginger Peach Iced Tea Concentrate


  1. Bring spring or freshly drawn filtered water to a boil (212 degrees).
  2. Steep 1 oversized sachet of Ginger Peach Iced Tea in 12oz of water for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove tea and water back up to 12 oz. Let cool. Will make enough concentrate for three mocktails.
