To hail the beginning of the much anticipated peach season we created this decadent iced latte to mimic “peach cobbler à la mode” using our new Ginger Peach Iced Tea as the base. Oatmilk keeps this smooth jam vegan and provides a richness in body. Infinitely riff-able, try it with different sweeteners and garnishes.
- 4 oz Ginger Peach Iced Tea concentrate*
- 4 oz Oatmilk (or regular milk)
- ½ oz Simple syrup**
- Crystalized ginger for garnish
Fill a 12oz glass with ice. Layer the tea, simple syrup, then milk into the glass. Cut a slit into the ginger and slide onto the rim of the glass.

*To make the Ginger Peach concentrate. Bring spring or freshly drawn filtered water to a boil (212 degrees). Steep 1 oversized sachet of Smith’s Ginger Peach Iced Tea in 12oz of water for 5 minutes. Remove tea and water back up to 12 oz. Let cool. Will make enough concentrate for three mocktails.
**To make simple syrup, mix equal parts hot water and sweetener of choice until fully dissolved. Let cool.
