- 2oz prepared Matcha (our ratio: 2 heaping tsp to 12 oz water)
- 1oz Almond Milk
- .75oz root beer syrup (we use Portland Soda Works )
- 4 dashes Scrappy’s Cardamom bitters
- Combine all ingredients into an ice-filled glass and stir for 6-10 seconds.
- Garnish with an orange twist, a mint sprig, and a light dusting of nutmeg.
