Enjoy our Smith twist on Brazil's national cocktail, Caipirinha. Ride the perfect wave of our Tahitian Green Iced Tea into summer with the refreshing taste of paradise that is sure to delight. This uncommon cocktail is as easy to make as it is to drink. Relax and saúde!
- 2 ounces Tahitian Green Iced Tea infused white rum (we used Flor de Cana)
- 1 lime, quartered
- 2 teaspoons sugar
Garnish with lime wedge or wheel.
- In a rocks glass, add lime pieces and sugar, and muddle until well juiced.
- Add infused rum and ice.
- Stir to mix and garnish with a lime wedge.
To infuse rum:
- Add one sachet of Tahitian Green Iced Tea to one 750ml bottle of white rum. Let steep for 15 minutes and remove sachet.
