A nod to a favorite candy from childhood, this mocktail is perfectly peachy in every way. Our seasonal star White Peach is made extra special with homemade peach sauce, lemon juice and a cinnamon-sugar rim to top it all off.

White Peach Ring

Ingredients

  • Honey syrup*
  • Spiced sugar**
  • 2 oz peach sauce^
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • White Peach concentrate, steeped with 2 sachets

Directions

  • Follow instructions on the package to make the White Peach Concentrate. Set aside.
  • Rim a 12oz rocks glass in honey syrup then rim glass in spiced sugar.
  • Fill glass with ice.
  • Add peach sauce and lemon juice to the glass and stir.
  • Top with White Peach concentrate.

*Honey Syrup

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Jacobsen Co. Honey
  • ½ cup boiling water

Directions

  1. Combine honey and boiling water in vessel. 
  2. Stir until completely mixed. 

Note: Honey syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one month.

**Spiced Sugar

Ingredients

  • ½ cup white sugar 
  • ½ tsp cinnamon 
  • 4 tsp kosher salt 

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

^Peach Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups peaches, stones removed, peeled and sliced
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 ½ cups water
  • ½ lemon, peeled and juiced

     

Directions

  1. Add peaches and water to a heavy bottomed pot.
  2. Boil for 10 minutes, then blend with an immersion blender until peaches have been roughly pureed.
  3. Add lemon peel and sugar and boil for an additional 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Remove lemon peels, and stir in lemon juice.
  5. Allow to cool before storing in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
