Lime Bramble Mocktail


  • 4 oz Lime Bramble Iced Tea concentrate*
  • 1 tbsp strawberry rhubarb jam
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 lemon wedges
  • Fresh summer berries (for garnish)


  1. Combine strawberry rhubarb jam, balsamic vinegar and lemon wedges to a cocktail shaker and muddle.
  2. Add ice and tea concentrate. Shake for 20 seconds.
  3. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with fresh summer berries and sweeten to taste.
  5. Enjoy with raspberries on the tips of your fingers.

*Lime Bramble Iced Tea Concentrate


  1. Bring spring or freshly drawn filtered water to a boil (212 degrees).
  2. Steep 1 sachet of Lime Bramble Iced Tea in 1 1/4 cups of water for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove tea and allow to cool.
