A sparkling combination of Marigold herbal infusion and preserved lemon simple syrup. Delightfully stimulating any time of day, though tastes particularly ravishing while watching the sun set.

Golden Hour

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Marigold concentrate*
  • 1 tbsp preserved lemon syrup**
  • 4 oz sparkling water
  • Lemon wedge
  • Cara Cara orange slice (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Fill a collins glass with ice.
  2. Add sparkling water to glass, followed by Marigold concentrate and preserved lemon syrup.
  3. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon and garnish with a Cara Cara orange slice.
  4. Enjoy.

*Marigold Concentrate

Directions

  1. Bring spring or freshly drawn filtered water to a boil.
  2. Steep 3 sachets (or 3 tsp of loose) Marigold in 6 oz of water just off the boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Discard sachets and set tea concentrate aside.

**Preserved Lemon Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 preserved lemon
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions

  1. In a blender or food
    processor combine preserved lemon and sugar. Pulse until thoroughly combined.
  2. Add 1 cup of boiling water and stir until dissolved.
  3. Strain into an airtight jar. Date and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
